For more info, contact Amber Moyers, 213.452.0441, t.By driving around the back of the store, we found an exit not coned off which I think was what we were meant to use because it never crossed incoming traffic, but it should have been marked the whole way, because literally no other customers used it that I could see (kept seeing them drive away, then go around the far side of the lot back to the entrance). When we left, we had been told to go all the way to the opposite end of the store from the entrance for a different exit, so we did, but there was no signage. And everyone was really nice and they seemed organized and lots of cars were moving in and out, so they seemed to be as efficient as they can be. We were late to our next appointment but it ended up being fine anyway! Actually, my previous stop at ACE Hardware for an online order curbside pickup strangely took just as long as IKEA, about 30+ minutes, and for seemingly no reason. (I think I may have accidentally been picked an item off the show floor without the m realizing there was a mate, which would have been fine for this item if they had grabbed both). We were worried about time and from the time I waved the first worker down, it took another 20 or so minutes total before a runner was sent out w/ 2 pack in hand. I waved a worker over she said they come in sets of 1 as well (maybe they do in-store, but online is only a 2 pack) so I checked my email receipt and confirmed it was a 2 pack, and she needed to send someone else over to help me. But then I realized that 1 item that was supposed to be a set of 2 was in my cart without it’s mate, and it didn’t have any packaging on it. We waited about 15 mins at first to get my order (3 small pieces of outdoor furniture and a few small kitchen items), and it came out. The car in the slot next to me said they had been in their slot 30+ minutes and they had to wave someone over to check on their order, which they got really shortly after he went it to see. There were lots of workers with radios directing parking and walking around or monitoring the situation, and two at the check in tents so they could check in and assign spots to 2 cars at once. I interacted (from a distance in my car) with one worker to check in. Thanks! Your experience in Burbank sounds a pot more high-tech than mine in Costa Mesa. You load it yourself and leave the cart there and you’re done! Then once your number is ready, you will get a text and they will leave the cart behind your car. So then you wait for about 20-30 minutes. Every other slot was coned off, so you and the car next to you will have some distance. The parking situations were pretty awesome regarding the social distancing. It would send you to a link where you put your name, number, order number and parking stall number.

Then you drive up near the pick up area where they have you scan a QR code via camera. Before you enter the parking lot, you will have to show your confirmation number. When I got there, the process went pretty smooth. I never got it and still went at the time I selected. So I guess for Burbank just keep trying and trying between 6am to 7am.Īs many of here mentioned, don’t wait for the second confirmation email. So I tried again in the morning and got through around 6:40am for a pick up the next day. Carson and Covina do reset at 10pm but they didn’t have the desk I wanted. I’ve been trying this click and collect for Burbank, Carson, and Covina.
